Welcome!
Plasticine Games is a small independent game studio owned and operated by Shawn.Genji. What started as a hobby has grown into a passion project dedicated to creating relaxing puzzle games, experimental projects, and games that put fun and player experience first.
Every game is designed, programmed, and maintained in my spare time. I believe the little details matter, so I put a great deal of care into responsive controls, satisfying visuals, handcrafted sound effects, and music that complements the gameplay. My goal is simple: create games that are enjoyable to play and memorable long after you’ve put them down.
Slime Sliders exists because one of my favorite games of all time disappeared.
I absolutely loved Land Sliders. After the studio behind it was acquired, the game was eventually removed, and despite hoping for years that it would return, it never did.
Rather than continuing to wait, I decided to build something inspired by the joy that game gave me.
Slime Sliders isn’t a remake or a replacement. It’s my own take on the fast-paced, pick-up-and-play gameplay that made me fall in love with the genre, while introducing brand-new mechanics, original content, and fresh ideas that make it its own experience.
The game is still a work in progress, so you may occasionally encounter bugs, performance hiccups, or mechanics that are still being refined. Every update brings new features, improvements, and polish as I continue developing the game in my spare time.
If you decide to give Slime Sliders a try, thank you. I’d genuinely love to hear your feedback, ideas, and suggestions—they help shape the future of the game.
Slime Sliders is one of several projects currently in development at Plasticine Games. Alongside it, I’m continuing to improve Owldoku while exploring new ideas and experimental games that prioritize creativity, quality, and fun over chasing trends.
As a solo independent developer, updates happen as time allows, but every project receives the same level of care and attention.
Slime Sliders stores your progress locally on your own device using your browser’s Local Storage. This includes save files, unlocked content, achievements, settings, high scores, and other gameplay information needed to preserve your experience.
